As a senior leader at Kepak Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations across the site. With a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, compliance, and cost enhancements, this role is crucial in driving value to the business.

This hands-on position requires effective project management skills, with a keen eye for innovation and a deep understanding of leading-edge technologies and industry best practices. You will work closely with various departments, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless execution of strategic decisions and initiatives.

Your core deliverables will include:

  • Performance: Implement lean initiatives to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Quality: Collaborate with the Quality team to establish a real GMP culture in production and maintenance.
  • Costs: Manage capital investment projects and deliver savings associated with materials, labor, yield, and productivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to minimum quality standards and measures during plant audits.
  • People & Culture: Lead and develop your team, setting high standards and supporting them to achieve their goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of middle to senior-level experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role. They should possess proven expertise in managing an engineering function similar in size and scale to Kepak Group's operation. A strong ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders is also essential.
