About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Site Manager to join our team at Kepak Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving lean /Continuous Improvement /Optimisation initiatives, working alongside the Quality team to deliver a real GMP culture, and hand-over all capital investment projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in managing an engineering function in a similar-sized organization
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving efficiency
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
