Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live happy, independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing simple meals and light household duties
- Prompting and assisting clients with their medication
- Supporting clients with personal care, such as getting in and out of the shower and getting dressed
- Providing companionship and accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year care experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Three hours minimum visits with clients to foster relationship-led care
