Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and support to our clients, helping them live their best lives every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping and errands
  • Support clients with mobility and physical activities
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
