About the Role

As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer at easyJet, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of aircraft performance and technical dispatch reliability. You will be responsible for carrying out scheduled tasks as assigned by the Duty Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor in accordance with approved maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled tasks as assigned by the Duty Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor
  • Demonstrate applicable technical knowledge of aircraft and hand skills required to carry out tasks assigned
  • Supervise small teams as required by the operation and work requirement
  • Hold UK Part 66 B1 license and authorisation or equivalent on company aircraft
  • Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation
  • Have a minimum of 3 years operational experience in a line maintenance environment
  • Proven ability to communicate issues to management and a high degree of customer focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Willingness to be flexible to meet deadlines and overcome operational problems
  • Embrace change and drive improvements within the business
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
