About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Brize Meadow Lodge. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care, including medication administration and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and HC-One's policies.
