Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at McCarthy Recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through creative sourcing techniques and innovative recruitment strategies. You will build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with our opportunities. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent that drives our clients' business forward. You will utilize the latest recruitment technologies and data analytics to streamline recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Scout: Identify and attract the best candidates through creative sourcing techniques and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Connector: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them with our opportunities.
- Strategic Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent that drives our clients' business forward.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Utilize the latest recruitment technologies and data analytics to streamline recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
