Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: OTE £40,000 Y1, £60,000+ Y2 onwards

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough competency interviews to align with client needs and company values.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable business partner and exemplify the qualities of an exceptional recruiter.

  • Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
