Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Covid Operations Lead to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling the pull through of operational strategy and supporting the RCO Regional Head of Southern Europe and the RCO Regional Head of Northern Europe in ensuring workforce planning, monitoring of key performance indicators for region and communications.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Lead RCO transformational activities and execution of operational activities, in partnership with relevant functions.
* Help drive RCO operating model, including Business Development integration efforts resulting from M&A activities at the country level.
* Track progress against plans through leadership dialogue, highlight risks and facilitate dialogue to remediation strategies.
* Partner with HR, GDD Operations, project management, Finance, and other enabling roles to support RCO priorities.

Requirements

* BA/BS in Science or Business Management equivalent degree (advanced degree, preferred)
* 10 + years of experience in the pharma industry with core understanding of clinical operations and associated business parameters.
* Experience in pharmaceutical consulting or clinical research organization a plus.
* Strategic thinker and possesses high business acumen and can translate strategy into executional plans.
* Excellent project management, leadership and execution skills and can manage multiple projects & deadlines.
* Must possess the ability to build alignment and drive performance across complex matrix teams through personal influence.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills
* Passion for building and leading culture and talent engagement initiatives
* Financial budgeting and forecasting skills.

Travel Requirements

* Up to 25% of travel, required
