Job Summary

As an Apprentice Automotive Refinisher, you will provide support to our Vauxhall and Peugeot Burton dealership's Bodyshop Department in a variety of ways, including ensuring the best quality painting, repair, and finishing of motor vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the best quality painting, repair, and finishing of motor vehicles to develop and retain customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out work in a safe, methodical, and economical manner.
  • Use knowledge and skills to restore all customers' vehicles to Pentagon Group standards and customer expectations.
  • Attain and work within manufacturers' agreed estimated repair times.
  • Safeguard customer vehicles while being repaired.
  • Minimize wastage of all parts, paints, and materials.
  • Enhance the reputation of Pentagon Group at every opportunity when interacting with others.
Requirements
  • Be driven by your own initiative.
  • Be an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Have a keen interest in the motor trade industry.
  • Show a willingness to learn and not be afraid to ask questions.
  • Be enthusiastic, committed, and confident with a methodical way of thinking.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail.
  • A minimum grade C/4 in English and Maths and preferably in a Science-based subject.
