Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at ABC Hospitality Enterprise in Aberdeen's West End.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable fine dining experience.

You will be responsible for presenting menus, answering questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request, serving food and beverages with high levels of customer service, informing customers of daily specials, setting and cleaning tables and service areas, using a cash register and other point of sale equipment, and communicating effectively with customers and other staff members.
