Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a small team of training and event professionals
  • Designing and delivering high-quality procurement training programs
  • Being the face of the trust at events and in the media
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities
  • Ensuring all training materials are current and relevant to the evolving NHS procurement landscape
  • Organising and managing training events to ensure they run smoothly and effectively
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • MCPIS qualification with extensive experience in NHS procurement or a similar field
  • Creative and innovative skills in developing training programs
Requirements
  • MCIPS qualified
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent including Mathematics and English
  • Demonstrable experience of creating content and delivering in-person and online to procurement professionals or equivalent experience
  • Experience of organising, building content and hosting large successful events
Salary

An estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
