Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CHEP UK Limited. As a key member of our Service Centre, you will be responsible for maintaining all manufacturing assets, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively work as part of a multi-skilled team to maintain equipment, completing root cause analysis and returning it to a safe and timely manner.
* Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, adhering to health and safety procedures and continually seeking ways to improve processes and procedures.
* Support site Reliability agenda, identifying failure modes and trends, and driving agreed actions.
* Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site-specific or dynamic risk assessments, reporting maintenance tasks on the CMMS system as required.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/Multi Skilled Engineering Qualification, with evidence of cross-skilling if your qualification is of a mechanical specialism.
* 18th Edition wiring regulations, PAT Testing, PLC qualifications, Abrasive Wheels, Welding, IOSH, and Machine Safety (PILZ) are desirable.
