Requirements:

* Recognised Level 4 HACCP and Food Safety qualifications

* Vast experience in a compliance manager role
* Significant experience working with the BRCGS standard
* Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining quality compliance strategies
* Ability to influence and make quick decisions
