We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Capio Recruitment Insurance. As a key member of our Account Executive team, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established book of clients.
About the Role:
- Manage and grow an existing book of clients across various commercial lines, including property, manufacturing, engineering, fleet, and construction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including claims management, marketing, telesales, and administration, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing commercial clients, preferably with new business skills.
- Knowledge of insurance across a range of commercial lines products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Decisive and able to decide on the best course of action.
- Good IT skills, ideally.
