We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Broker to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group. As a Commercial Account Broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, including policy details and renewal dates.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and ensure optimal coverage for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of risk management and underwriting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Acturis would be advantageous.
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications or working towards them would be beneficial.
