Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our Operations Team at Acorn by Synergie.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative support to the Operations Team, ensuring the smooth running of projects and processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of projects across the company, working collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Liaise with external customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on project progress.
  • Manage workload effectively, proactively addressing any potential issues and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Support in the preparation of reports and presentations, participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
