Sales Negotiator

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join their team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for securing the sale of new homes and achieving contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize sales tools, promotions, and incentives to manage all sales proceedings, including regular contact with customers regarding contract exchange deadlines.
- Record all visitors' sales and sales of optional extras, providing feedback and reports regarding visitor's sales and proceedings.
- Liaise with the Site Manager regarding sales and production issues on site.
- Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed regarding customer access into the construction areas of the development.
Requirements:
- Proven track record within the Homes sales industry.
- Ability to demonstrate previous track record in the industry.
- Full-time role with a huge opportunity to make sales and good commission.
- Salary up to £28,000 per year and OTE up to £50,000 per annum.
