Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join their team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in the Homes sales industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing the sale of new homes, achieving contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales tools, promotions and incentives to manage all sales proceedings.
- Regular contact with customers regarding contract exchange deadlines to ensure timely completions.
- Record all visitors' sales and sales of optional extras, providing feedback and reports.
- Liaise with the Site Manager regarding sales and production issues on site.
- Compile competitor reports, including selling and selling prices, and provide feedback to management.
