Tax Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Tax Accountant to join our team at TPF Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to work in a tax capacity, primarily focused on personal tax, with the opportunity to also get involved in corporate tax and indirect tax.
As a Graduate Trainee Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for tax compliance work, with increasing exposure to more technical advisory work across both personal and corporate tax as you progress in your career.
You will be offered study support for ATT/CTA or ACA/ACCA qualifications, with all study expenses covered by the business. You will also benefit from on-the-job training and the opportunity to work with a leading training provider.
This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career and become a Chartered Accountant or Tax Advisor with a fantastic accountancy practice.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be based within a commutable distance of Canterbury and have a strong academic background, with a minimum of 120 UCAS points (with Maths, Business Studies, and Economics disciplines preferred but not essential).
For graduates, a 2:1 degree (any discipline considered) is required. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000, dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
