Tax Accountant Trainee

TPF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Tax Accountant to join a leading firm of chartered accountants based in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a tax capacity, primarily focused on personal tax, with the opportunity to also get involved in corporate tax and indirect tax.
You will be responsible for tax compliance work, with increasing exposure to technical advisory work across both personal and corporate tax as you progress. You will be offered ATT/CTA or ACA/ACCA study support, with all study expenses covered by the business. You will also benefit from on-the-job training and the use of one of the best training providers available.
This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career and become a Chartered Accountant or Tax Advisor with a fantastic accountancy practice based in Canterbury. To be successful in this role, you will need to be based within a commutable distance of Canterbury.
Requirements- Ideally a graduate, school leavers accepted
- A minimum of 120 UCAS points (with Maths, Business Studies and Economics disciplines preferred but not essential)
- For graduates, a 2:1 degree (any discipline considered) is required
- £22,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable
- Fully funded courses and training by leading training provider, Kaplan
