Community Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse (Bank) to join our Community Nursing Team in West Lancashire.
The successful candidate will work as part of our 24-hour district nursing service, providing high-quality care to patients in community settings. As a District Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care to patients in their own homes.
- Assume delegated responsibility for the supervision of the team in the absence of the District Nursing Team Leader.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide holistic care to patients.
- Contribute to quality improvements, research, and development activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree or diploma in a health-related area and experience of undertaking complex assessments and planning care packages. You should also be confident using IT systems and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
