About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our international sales team at Leads.io. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding new business opportunities in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business development or account management role
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
