Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing effective engineering support to our production team and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support to the production team: Respond to demands in a timely fashion and maintain equipment to ensure factory performance meets targets and KPIs.
  • Improve equipment availability and performance: Identify and implement improvements to meet OEE targets.
  • Proactively use the PPM System: Capture all engineering labor and parts using the SAP system.
  • Shift Pattern: Work a 4 on/4 off schedule, 05:30 to 17:30, and 17:30 to 05:30.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent (Electrical): Recognized qualifications in the UK.
  • Literacy/Numeracy to National Level 2 Standard: Deliver quality and accuracy in own work and standards.
  • Personal/Interpersonal Skills: Able to cope under pressure and flex with peaks in personal workload.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English: Experience in a food processing industry is desirable.
