About the Role

Moy Park is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our production team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing effective engineering services to the production team and responding to demands in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive maintenance of equipment to ensure factory performance meets targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement improvements to improve equipment availability and performance.
  • Use the PPM System (SAP) for the capture of all engineering labour and parts.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • Qualifications recognized in the UK.
  • Literacy/Numeracy to National Level 2 Standard.
  • Delivers quality and accuracy in own work and standards.
  • Able to cope under pressure and flex with peaks in personal workload.
  • Able to anticipate/identify problems and use available resources to provide effective solutions.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a food processing industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of lean techniques and processes.
