About the Role
As a key member of our Cafe team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to maintain our high standards of food quality and safety.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Back of House Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food, managing kitchen equipment and utensils, and ensuring that our cafes are clean and tidy at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking food according to our menu
- Managing kitchen equipment and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their food and beverages
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
