Homecare Domiciliary Manager Opportunity

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced and business-focused Homecare Domiciliary Manager to join their office in Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as supporting the development of internal auditing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and standards
  2. Develop and implement robust recruitment processes to safeguard and support individuals
  3. Liaise with regulators, clients, social workers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and best practice
  4. Support the mobilization of Domiciliary Care Services and implement quality care delivery and customer service standards
Requirements:
