Job Summary

We are seeking an After School Support Worker to join our team in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will have experience in childcare, be able to work with children of all ages, and possess excellent communication skills.

This is a part-time role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexible hours between 7am-11pm. The worker will be responsible for providing high-quality care for children, supporting their development, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing ad-hoc care for children in the Hammersmith area.
  2. Delivering activities to support children's development and education.
  3. Supervising children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  4. Implementing company policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in childcare.
  • Early Years qualification or equivalent, along with professional UK experience working with children.
  • Thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to work with diverse families.
