We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our team at Legal Southwest. Based in Tavistock, this full-time role will involve delivering exceptional legal services to clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will have experience in drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and managing Trust and Estate Administration. They will be responsible for providing consistently excellent standards of legal services, exceeding client expectations and delighting them with our service.

As a key member of the department, you will actively contribute to the growth and development of the department, playing a role in building the client database and marketing our firm's services. You will also be responsible for efficiently using and recording all chargeable and non-chargeable activities in the firm's time recording system and other management records.

We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, subject to negotiation depending on your experience. You will also have opportunities for professional development, seeking out new skills and continuously improving your legal expertise.
