About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Kingspan Insulation. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Fixed Asset Register and verify assets across our UK sites.
  • Own the IFRS 16 Leased Asset Accounting process and ensure Sharecontrol accuracy.
  • Review and capitalize Assets Under Construction, and process asset disposals in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop longer-term Capex spend plans for budget and strategic planning years.
  • Perform post-acquisition Capex project reviews and allocate divisional management and IT recharges.
  • Provide cover for the Compliance Accountant on business-critical tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany balance reconciliations, VAT, and inward processing relief.
  • Perform checks and approve vendor and payroll payments, and create banks in SAP.
  • Liaise with internal and external audit as required.
Requirements
  • An accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or a bachelor's degree, or working towards.
  • Demonstrate ongoing professional development.
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience in the use of SAP.
