Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews
- Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
