Cleaning and Maintenance Operative Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning and Maintenance Operative to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high cleaning standards in allocated buildings or areas, ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of quality service as per contract specifications.
- Empty waste bins, transport waste to designated collection points, and perform other related tasks.
- Sweep and mop floors, clean carpets, and use electric scrubbing machines as required.
- Dust, wipe, and polish furniture, ledges, and windowsills, and replenish consumable items as needed.
- Clean toilets, sinks, and drinking fountains, and use chemical agents as directed.
- Undertake wall washing and window cleaning tasks, and perform other reasonable duties within the job function.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
