Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Regional Recruiter to implement our recruitment strategy and attract top talent in the care sector. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective attraction strategies, working closely with our marketing team to identify and engage with the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the care sector
  • Work closely with our marketing team to identify and engage with the best candidates
  • Regularly review and analyse recruitment data to inform data-led decisions
  • Build strong relationships with our branch managers to understand their staffing needs

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous recruitment experience, with a focus on direct sourcing for specialist roles
  • Excellent communication skills and local knowledge
