Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Regional Recruiter to implement our recruitment strategy and attract top talent in the care sector. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective attraction strategies, working closely with our marketing team to identify and engage with the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement forward-thinking attraction strategies to find top talent in the care sector
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective recruitment campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with branch managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Regularly review and analyse recruitment data to inform data-led decisions

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Previous recruitment experience with a special focus on direct sourcing for specialist roles
  • Excellent communication skills and local knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others
