Lead Performance Manager

The Lead Performance Manager will oversee a team of skilled advisers, providing personalized guidance such as caseload reviews and complex case discussions. They will conduct performance evaluations, ensuring continuous skill development through targeted training and coaching from a dedicated Performance Coach. Key responsibilities include direct line management of the team, mentoring, training, and developing staff to excel in their roles effectively.

As a seasoned professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), managing day-to-day quality provision, and monitoring performance. Essential qualifications include prior experience in team leadership or lead roles, with a proven track record of overseeing performance, mentoring, and supporting colleagues to meet KPIs. You will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to network and build relationships both internally and externally.
