About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting great coffee experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service standards and train baristas in the art of crafting great coffee
  • Lead from the front, inspiring your team to make sure every customer experience is an awesome one
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to support them in all areas of the operation
Requirements
  • Passionate about coffee and customer service
  • Passionate about training and coaching others to deliver the best coffee experience
  • Flexible with your availability - our site is open 7 days a week
