Trauma and Orthopaedic Department Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Trauma and Orthopaedic Department as a Rota Coordinator and Liaison Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the doctors' rota, ensuring safe staffing levels, and providing support to the Trauma Operational team.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day management of the doctor rosters for Trauma & Orthopaedic.
- Liaise with senior managers, Consultants, and Medical Staffing to ensure safe staffing levels.
- Provide support to the trauma operational team.
- Ensure all communication to doctors within Trauma & Orthopaedic is undertaken efficiently and effectively.

Person Specification
- Good standard of education to include English and Maths A levels and/or NVQ level 3 Business Administration.
- Previous administration experience.
- Computer literate.
- Experience of prioritising, planning, and organising own tasks.
- Experience of working to deadlines.
