About the Role:

We are looking for a Dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Link 3 Recruitment. As a SEN Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students with special educational needs in our primary school. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role and a passion for supporting students with special educational needs. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively within a team and independently. Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is advantageous.

The role involves providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, collaborating closely with teachers to develop personalized learning plans, and assisting with lesson planning and preparation to ensure inclusive education. You will also work effectively within a team to provide holistic support to students.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, opportunity for further training and career progression, collaborative and supportive working environment, and potential opportunities to work across both primary and secondary settings.
