Key Responsibilities and Standards
- Drive Sales Growth
• Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with product launches and events to maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
• Provide prompt, polite, and efficient service to customers at all times.
• Adhere to the Tom Ford Beauty service standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Communicate product expertise and provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Personal Grooming and Appearance
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and adhere to Tom Ford Beauty's uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Wear only Tom Ford Beauty products during working hours and maintain a bold and professional look.
- Teamwork and Collaboration
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate information to colleagues and the Account Coordinator as needed.
• Maintain high standards of time-keeping and contribute to team efficiency.
- Housekeeping and Administration
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Tom Ford Beauty's brand image and hygiene standards.
• Complete administration tasks accurately and on time, including personal retail sales reporting.
• Carry out other tasks as required to support the Counter/Business Manager and the Company.
Qualifications• Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
