Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Management: Oversee all commercial aspects of individual projects, ensuring commercial and contractual targets are met.
  • Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tenders, payment applications, and final accounts.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor projects throughout, ensuring company goals are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in commercial management and quantity surveying.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is based in the UK, with occasional site visits required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting education and healthcare projects while enjoying a competitive salary and benefits package.
