Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our Monklands Hospital Replacement Project.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of digital engineering models to support the development of reinforced concrete structures.
  • Fully implement and ensure compliance with the Laing O'Rourke management of temporary works procedure on projects, ensuring setting out data is controlled.
  • Interrogate and transfer setting out data from 3D CAD data.
  • Determine requirements for and format of as-built surveys and reports, defining the scope of survey to demonstrate compliance.
  • Ensure project and company quality procedures are adhered to.
  • Utilize and recommend best engineering methods.
  • Produce and approve method statements and risk assessments.
  • Manage a team of senior engineers (project-dependent).

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or an industry-recognized technical or engineering qualification.
  • Circa 8 years' experience in a Civil Engineering capacity.
  • Eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid UK visa.
