We are seeking an experienced Membership Relationship Coordinator to join our team at Charity People. This exciting role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with our members and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new members and partners, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in membership services, account management, or secondary education, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Communications team to produce engaging content, such as newsletters, blogs, and webinars, that showcase our members' achievements and experiences.

You will also be responsible for coordinating membership networking opportunities and online forums, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among our members.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, solutions-focused, and possesses excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Job Type: Fixed-term contract (2 years)
  • Salary: £28,000 per annum
  • Location: Hybrid/remote working with occasional visits to our London office
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday entitlement (pro rata) plus statutory bank holidays, access to pension scheme, medical insurance, and Employee Assistance Programme
