Special Educational Needs Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people as a Special Educational Needs Assistant at our SEN School in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.
You will be part of a dynamic team that provides a supportive and inclusive environment for students with SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide personalized support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their goals
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- To contribute to the creation of a safe and respectful classroom environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Possession of a valid DBS certificate and right to work in the UK
Salary: £85.15-£95.00 per day (full-time)
