About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health clinician to join our Young Minds Matter Mental Health Support Teams. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will work in partnership with schools to deliver consultation, assessment, and high-intensity CBT to children and young people. You will be responsible for ensuring effective care coordination, support, and advice around clinical care provided within schools, including consideration of safeguarding and clinical risk issues.

The successful applicant will have a professional qualification, including current registration as outlined in the person specification. They will be flexible, adaptable to change, and able to develop service delivery over time and in response to feedback.
