We are committed to expanding our team and seeking passionate and dedicated mental health clinicians to join our Mental Health Support Teams.

Job Summary

We collaborate with schools to provide timely and effective mental health support for children and young people. Our teams consist of CAMHS clinicians, Senior Mental Health Practitioners, Education Mental Health Practitioners, and partner agencies operating within a THRIVE model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-intensity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within school environments.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and consultations for children and young people.
  • Support school staff in identifying mental health needs within their student population.
  • Offer specialized consultation and guidance to schools and families.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications and demonstrate adaptability to evolving demands. A valid UK driving license is essential due to the community-based nature of this role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A recognized professional qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • Current registration with a relevant regulatory body.
  • Formal post-registration training and development.
  • Substantial clinical experience delivering evidence-based interventions.
  • Expertise in care planning and case management.
  • Experience in managing safeguarding concerns.
  • Proven ability to deliver profession-specific interventions.
