About the Role

iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join its International and Large Corporate Tax team as an Assistant Manager or Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing complex large corporate tax computations, identifying opportunities for tax savings, and providing support to businesses expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and assist with overseas corporate tax compliance and local advisors
  • Draft advisory reports on international and large corporate matters, including tax efficient structuring and restructuring, legal entity simplification, and inter-company transactions advice
  • Assist in gathering and reviewing data for UK and overseas tax investigations and enquiries
  • Interpret and analyse new and developing UK legislation
  • Build and develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities for new work
  • Support the leadership and senior management team with key business-wide projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • CA or equivalent qualification, with ATT/CTA or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA
  • 4+ years of prior UK corporate tax experience with multinational groups
  • Experience of UK and overseas compliance and international tax advisory work preferred
  • Successful management of international and large corporate projects from engagement to delivery
