About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Brand Leader to join our team at AllSaints. As a Brand Leader, you will be responsible for leading our store team and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with the district manager and brand support team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
