The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial forecasting, filing HR documentation, tracking staff holidays, performing ad-hoc clinical admin tasks, responding to clinic emails and phone calls professionally, and possessing proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial forecasting to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Filing HR documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Tracking staff holidays to prevent any disruptions in the work flow.
  • Performing ad-hoc clinical admin tasks as required by the company.
  • Responding to clinic emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts, with a strong proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills.
