Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Trial Balance. This is a pivotal finance role that takes a lead position in ensuring efficient financial controls and adding value to the business.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for accounting controls, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting, among other key areas. We require a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong understanding of financial management principles.

  • Lead the finance team in achieving business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective financial processes
  • Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements
  • Collaborate with Chartered Accountants
  • Maintain banking controls
  • Manage cash flow effectively

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £38,000-£42,000 per annum, based on experience. Ideal candidates will possess excellent IT systems skills, preferably in MS Excel, and have experience working within an SME environment.
