Marine Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marine Engineer to join our Aftersales team. This role involves providing industry-leading support, servicing, and repairs to our range of superyacht tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers and colleagues via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their operation.
  • Provide on-location technical assistance, maintenance, and repair services, often in international locations with challenging environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and OEM customer support channels.
  • Assist the Aftersales team with project planning and documentation.
Requirements
  • A strong background in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues in small to mid-sized leisure craft.
  • Experience in new-build marine engineering, both mechanical and electrical.
  • Proof of marine engineering qualifications is a benefit.
  • Experience with electronic injection marine diesel engines and drive installs.
  • Experience with CANbus distribution systems and marine navigation equipment.
  • Ability to travel and work overseas, with occasional long working hours and weekend work.
